Hi.
This is one of my favourite warm up sessions to do. I feel so free and creative afterwards. It is best done alone I feel, just so you have no inhibitions holding you back and you can be free to move as you like. I always recommend participants close their eyes also as this helps the visualisation process.
Please make sure the area is clear of furniture and trip hazards before you start and check in with yourself regularly. This should leave you relaxed and open to creativity - if at any time during the activity you start to feel unwell, please stop and take some deep breaths.
